Drop in Meditation
Have you always wanted to learn about meditation but not sure how to start? Do you want to meditate more often but need a little nudge? Great news, Arlene Pol will be offering a drop in meditation class as an introduction to meditation for those who would like to build a meditation practice into their day.
This will be offered every Monday evening from 6pm – 6:30pm and will start with 10 minutes of instruction followed by a 20 minute meditation. This is a 6 week session that will run every Monday starting October 16th until November 20th. You can attend one, a few, or all of these sessions on a pay what you can drop in. These sessions will be available to be registered online pre registration is recommended. These sessions will be included in our 30 day challenge and back onto a 7pm Moksha class what a powerful combination!
