It’s never too early or too late to practice pre-natal yoga. This class series (6 weeks each) will allow mommies-to-be the opportunity to connect, discuss, and move their bodies safely and mindfully. Classes are held in the non-heated studio and we have lots of props and pillows to create a very comfortable experience for all.
While the classes are held for six week sessions, there will be a limited amount of drop in spots available each week – if you’ve missed registration, or just want to try it out mid-way through a session give us a call. Check our events page, or the schedule for the next six week session.
