What is it?
Barre is a full body, high energy workout designed to cover “all areas”. This class focuses on strength and stability at the barre, your core, powerful leg work, upper body toning and elements of cardio. We use hand weights and sculpting balls in this class. A great compliment to your Moksha practice; we promise you will leave the studio with your entire body humming after Barre!
Who is it for?
We believe that everyone is capable of rocking our classes, no dance experience required. Classes are suitable for all levels of experience – including pre and post natal! That’s not to say that it’s easy, your first class will likely feel challenging at times, but we encourage you to stick with it. Try your hardest and let loose and feel free to ask your instructor plenty of questions after class if you weren’t clear on any of the moves. Have fun together learning something new!
Barre classes are *warm classes (*heaters off fans on).
What do I bring?
- Bring water, a positive attitude and your yoga mat
- Wear clothing that your are comfortable moving in. The attire you wear to a yoga class is appropriate for a barre class.
