Mandy discovered yoga in 2010 creating balance, awareness and breath in her everyday life. Finding such love in the practice she went to Los Angeles in 2013 for Moksha Yoga teacher training, deeply diverging into the emotional, psychological and physical aspects of yoga. In becoming a teacher and learning from fellow students she has discovered so much about living a compassionate life towards yourself and others; giving space in her classes for each student to have their own unique experience. Mandy believes that in a challenge we can create peace by deepening our our breath and bringing the senses back to the present moment. Yoga has changed her life and wishes to bring that change to others with compassion and understanding.
