Yang/Yin

This class is split into 2 portions. The first half hour is focused on a Yang practice. You can expect strength building postures with longer holds getting deep into the muscles. Then the remainder is focused on a Yin practice. In this restorative practice you will also find much longer holds but the focus is now on softening and lengthening those muscles and tissues. A great way to build patience and channel relaxation.
